We're Violet Crumble & Poprocks Mengovitz! We're good girls.

We met Violet Crumble (mama) and Poprocks (her daughter) on Reddit (sort of). Another user saw some of my posts in some cats subreddits, and sent me a chat message. Juan had rescued Violet and her litter of five, couldn't keep them any longer, and didn't know what to do. Juan and his family had sacrificed a lot to look after all six cats until then, so we agreed to foster all six of them.

Her nickname is Poppy

We found homes for four of the kittens in the litter, and then both our jobs got very busy - we had to suspend our search until things settled down. Now that we have time again, Violet and Poppy are looking for a new forever home to join.

Violet and Poprocks ("Poppy") are a great pair because together, they are every cat. Violet is the maternal companion who plods around, and likes to be nearby while you're doing chores or reading. She loves to be picked up and cradled.

Poprocks has all her kitten energy. She loves to zoom, climb, explore, play, attack her mom, and drag her toys around.

We fostered them in a house with a Corgi-sized dog and other adult cats, so they know how to be around other pets and aren't anxious about it.

Violet & Poprocks need to be indoor cats. They've been inside all their lives and very happy. So we'd like them to join a home where they will remain indoor-only. Violet is around 2 1/2 years old, and Poprocks is about 5 months old. They are in good health, have gotten their initial shots/vaccinations, and they have been spayed & neutered. I have the paperwork from their procedures.
