I'm Oort Mengovitz! I'm a good girl!

Oort, Webb and Al Sufi came from a colony a few blocks from our house. She was born from the same litter as Rocco and Roxie; so they are siblings, or at least half siblings. They were all handed to me, a few inches long apiece, laying on a towel in a shoebox.

Oort the Stargazer is without a doubt a shoulder cat. She loves to climb or jump up so she can see everything you see. She likes to look very closely at everything you’re doing while she is right next to your face. And she likes to lay down with her little belly cradling the back of your neck. You might even get a face and whisker rub along the way.

Oort has come in peace

Oort is a black and gray striped tabby. Her coat is very sleek and beautiful. She is very close with her sisters, Al Sufi and Webb. Either one would be a great companion for Oort when she moves to her new forever home.

This is our bed now, thank you

Oort and her sisters, Webb and Al Sufi, are all about 4 months old. They are in good health and have been spayed.

That’s a lot of fur

We fostered them in a house with a Corgi-sized dog, so they know how to be around another animal and aren't anxious about it.

Oort is ready for her new indoor life. We saved her from becoming feral, and now she's seeking a forever home as an indoor-only cat.
